I am pleased to announce that we have been selected to inaugurate a new venture between indoor soccer and web accessibility. 2wentySports.com, a multimedia production company staffed by professional sports producers and crew, will film every game we give them access to, post them on their website within 48 hours, and will catalogue and store all recorded games for this season.

Just by reading that first paragraph, you can begin to imagine all the benefits and possibilities that will open up with having our games filmed. As a manager and a coach, you will be able to watch your team’s game or another team’s game and assess or reassess strategies and positioning. For a parent, this will allow them to catch the games they had to miss. For the player, it creates a whole new dimension to their playing skills and abilities. This is the first opportunity many of our players will have to watch their performances on a high definition, well-produced film. All this from your personal computer

Looking ahead, when your players need to present a DVD portfolio highlighting their playing skill to prospective colleges, 2wentysports will already have the material needed and can edit it in a clean, well-produced manner that will capture your players abilities. As I stated before, the producers at 2wentysports have been shooting professional sports games (Blackhawks, Chicago Wolves, Chicago Fire, to name a few) for over ten years. They understand the need to focus on the player within the realm of the game. This will ease the parents’ burden of relying on home movies or videographers with no sports experience.

In order for everyone to become comfortable with this venture prior to committing to a subscription, 2wentySports.com will film the games in December on Saturday (12-4***, 12-11 and 12-18). During those days, their staff will be on hand to answer any questions. During the months of December and mid January, access to the games will be online for free.
